Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My Instagram account is @annephung and I am most popular with my followers. I write about my daily life, positive and negative. In 1990, my family relocated to America. In the age of one quarter I was able to join my parents. My parents inspired me and I worked to be successful. My life was set out for me to study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy an apartment. Though I believed that this was the standard for success, life had different plans. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my job didn't make me feel happy. I felt as if I was wasting my life to earn a paycheck. As I began to move to a new path in life I discovered that I was a personal trainer and my passion. I'm a sucker for exercise, enjoy being with people and help people. My business was founded in 2014. It is my seventh birthday this year. Very few Asian women work in the industry of fashion. My mission in this field is to create a more sustainable and healthier life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to in life. When my business was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. It was the hardest of everything. In Heaven she is now in peace after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry my Mom with me and dream of her every day. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though it may be difficult to see it now. In so many ways, the loss of my mother has changed my life. It is my belief that she offered me another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. The day she died at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create an entirely new chapter. For me, it was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. I am able to say that I am living my life now, and not just surviving just like I did in the past. As I tell my story I hope that my words will resonate with yours. My hope is that my words will make you aware that you're never alone. You have the potential to accomplish everything you desire. I pray that you live the life you want to live and end it without regrets because death is the sole thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
